Attorney Henrik Stig Lauritsen has joined Horten as partner and head of the Taxes and Duties team. The admission is part of Horten’s strategic objective of continued growth and strengthening of our expertise vis-à-vis the business community.
Henrik Stig Lauritsen has wide experience advising national and international enterprises and groups on tax matters.
He advises on general taxes and duties and is specialised within company formation/acquisition, incentive programmes, taxation of principal shareholders, reorganisation and ownership transfers, litigation concerning taxes and duties, restructuring, relocation of employees and general corporate tax.
Henrik has authored a number of articles on tax in e.g. Revision og Regnskabsvæsen and Ugeskrift for Skatteret.
Henrik was previously partner at PwC and graduated from the University of Aarhus in 2005.
