On 17 May 2018, Insepa A/S concluded an agreement concerning sale of 40 % of Beck Pack Systems A/S and Cartolit A/S to Kirk Kapital A/S. In the future, Insepa and Kirk Kapital will cooperate concerning the operation of Beck Pack Systems as Insepa will still be the majority shareholder with 60 % of the shares.
For more than 50 years, Beck Pack Systems has been active within the packaging industry, and today, the company is leading within packaging of fish products globally. Until now, the companies have been 100 % owned by Insepa which also owns A. Espersen A/S which is now owned by Direktør J.P.A. Espersen og hustru, Fru Dagny Espersens Fond.
Horten has assisted Insepa with legal advice on all aspects of the transactions.
