Henrik Stig Lauritsen comes from PWC where he was partner at PWC’s tax team. Henrik has many years’ experience from the audit and the legal profession, and he is widely recognised for his professional skills and business-oriented approach.
Henrik advises on both national and international tax law and especially tax matters pertaining to M&A, reorganisation, ownership transfers and taxation of shareholders.
