Horten assisted the family-owned travel company Gislev Rejser with the sale to Aller Leisure, which will take over 85 % of the travel company.
Aller Leisure acquires the majority of the travel company, which was established in 1946. Today, the travel company is Denmark’s largest with approx. 50,000 customers each year and 158 destinations in 2017. Gislev Rejser has a turnover of approx. DKK 250 million.
The acquisition is conditional on the competition authorities’ approval.
