PensionDanmark has bought the domicile of consultancy firm Midtconsult in Herning from Midtconsult for DKK 97 million. Prior to completion, Midtconsult will completely renovate the property so that it can be awarded the sustainability certificate DGNB Silver.
Horten has assisted PensionDanmark with the purchase of the property.
