With almost 250 employees thereby being among the country's largest law firms, Horten is strengthening the partner group. Four new partners - Christian Tullberg - specialised within the energy sector, Christina Steen - specialised within tort and insurance law and Kristoffer Westberg and Niels Jørgen Oggesen - specialised within the real estate sector - will ensure continued growth and strengthen Horten’s position on a market with increasing complexity and intense competition.
Christian Tullberg advises enterprises on transactions, disputes and complex contracts with special focus on energy and infrastructure. He has many years’ experience from Mærsk and the Legal Adviser to the Danish Government.
Kristoffer Westberg is specialised within real estate with special focus on commercial properties and advises a number of Danish and international property investors and pension funds on questions concerning purchase and sale of commercial properties, property portfolios and development projects.
Christina Steen is specialised within tort and insurance law and deals with all aspects of director's liability and auditors' and attorneys' liability. Due to her previous employment within the insurance industry, Christina has in-depth knowledge about crime insurances and therefore often assists in relation to Danish and international disputes.
Niels Jørgen Oggesen is specialised within construction law and has more than 10 years’ experience advising Danish and international parties in relation to construction projects. Niels Jørgen often represents parties in disputes before the Building and Construction Arbitration Board and before the ordinary courts. He comes from a position as partner with Bruun & Hjejle, but was previously employed as an attorney with Horten in 2009-2011.
