With effect from 29 November 2018, the private equity fund Maj Invest Equity has acquired 75 % af the shares in Roll-o-Matic A/S by the private equity fund Blue Equity. The remaining part of the shares in Roll-o-Matic A/S will continue to be owned by the company's management.
Roll-o-Matic is a manufacturing company in Vissenbjerg on Funen with more than 80 employees. The company has more than 50 years of cross-border experience and is world leading in the development and production of flexible machines for the production of rolled plastic bags and biodegradable plastics.
