Horten has assisted Denmark’s largest architecture firm Arkitema in connection with the transfer to the advisory business COWI for a three-digit million amount.
The acquisition is conditional on the competition authorities’ approval.
After the transfer, Arkitema’s 550 employees will continue as an independent business unit at COWI.
Horten’s team consisting of Hans Christian Pape and Marie Funch Lind assisted the seller on all aspects of the transaction.
