HUSUM Wind has in 2015 advanced to being the largest event in the wind industry in the world where 600 exhibitors and more than 20,000 guests are expected to participate.
The fair has a long tradition and is held biennially. It is focused on the core market of Germany and the neighbouring countries. The participants can expect innovative wind technology, exchange experience and create new contacts. The participants include wind turbine manufacturers, project developers, wind turbine owners, utility companies, municipalities and banks.
Nicolai Mallet, partner, Martina Köhn and Shiva Safavi Larsen, both German lawyers (Rechtsanwältin), will participate in the fair. They are among Horten's legal experts in the energy sector.
- The legislation and conditions of the wind industry are changing constantly and rapidly. Germany is an important market as Germany and Denmark are pioneers within renewable energy and thus face many of the same challenges. The development and legislation in the two countries affect each other mutually, and this is reflected in the provisions in the new German EEG legislation on renewable energy. Germany can boast of by far the largest growth within renewable energy, but Denmark is at the lead when it comes to experience within the conditions of tender procedures and the sale of electricity at market price. We therefore have a lot to learn from each other, says Nicolai Mallet.
You can meet Horten in Halle 3, booth no. 11, together with Global Wind Power A/S.
You can also meet us personally - please contact us if you would like to agree on a meeting in advance. Horten is represented by Nicolai Mallet, Martina Köhn and Shiva Safavi Larsen.
