Today, the Danish Energy Agency (DEA) has published the pre-qualified tenderers to submit tenders for near shore wind farms.

The pre-qualified tenderers are Wpd HOFOR Danish Offshore Consortium, European Energy Nearshore Consortium and Vattenfall Vindkraft A/S.  

The DEA states that it received five applications for pre-qualification of which three have now been invited to participate in the tender procedure.  

The tender involves a total of 350 MW near shore wind turbines in up to six areas in Denmark. The tender procedure is expected to be concluded in the spring of 2016 and the wind farms to be in operation in 2020.
