Horten admits three prominent partners from Delacour. At the same time, Horten is also engaging in cooperation with Nuna Advokater, Greenland. The admission of the new partners supports Horten's growth strategy.

The new partners are Asger Heine Jensen, specialist in intellectual property rights  within Media & Entertainment, Frans Rossen, specialist in M&A and German legal issues and Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, specialist in M&A. The new partners are to support the revenue growth which Horten is experiencing in these years despite a weak market within the legal profession. The admission of Frans Rossen will further make Horten one of the leading law firms in Denmark in relation to the German market.

Horten is aiming strategically at advice to sectors subject to intense regulation or rapid technological development: The public sector, energy and supply, technology and media and life science and healthcare. Knowledge of these sectors is exactly what has contributed to Horten's recent growth, and the admission of the new partners will continue contributing to our growth.  At the same time, Horten is strengthening its commitment on the German and Greenlandic markets.


Horten is engaging in cooperation with Nuna Advokater - Greenland's largest law firm. Horten thereby obtains special insight into Greenlandic issues and - combined with the company's expertise within energy law, in particular upstream energy - the cooperation is expected to be an important competitive parameter in relation to advice to international companies within oil, gas and minerals.
