The German property fund Cordea Savills has acquired a property portfolio consisting of ten prime logistics properties in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland at a price of approx. EUR 300 million equivalent to approx. DKK 2.2 billion.
The acquisition took place in connection with the introduction of Cordea Savills' new Nordic Logistics Fund and includes four properties in Denmark.
Horten assisted Cordea Savills in relation to all Danish matters in connection with the transaction.
