Together with a number of external experts, Horten and Nuna Law Firm will look into the potentials of green transition and new energy forms in Greenland. We will also focus on how to anchor and convert these into actual activities and projects.

Horten and Nuna Law Firm once again host a conference with focus on Greenland, and this time we are looking forward to raising awareness and knowledge of new possibilities and initiatives for green transition and new energy forms in Greenland.

The development of green technologies and new and more environmentally friendly energy forms and fuels opens up important perspectives for Greenland. As to improved resource efficiency, there is much to gain from the green transition with regard to both climate and the environment but it may also contribute to economic growth in Greenland with a new type of energy projects.

Greenland is also rich in critical minerals that are crucial for the green transition and which may create growth and jobs in Greenland’s mining industry.

We have brought together a number of speakers who are working with interesting initiatives in the area and who will touch on, for example, battery metals, carbon capture storage, Power-to-x, hydrogen production, wind as the way to decarbonisation and much more.
