Nicolai Dyhr advises on restructuring, insolvency and general credit issues. He has in-depth experience safeguarding creditor interests in distressed undertakings and as a restructuring administrator and trustee. Nicolai Dyhr is among the lawyers in Denmark having conducted most restructuring proceedings according to the new rules of the Bankruptcy Act. Nicolai also advises on all aspects relating to commercial law, including rationalisation, financial reorganisation, acquisitions and restructuring of insolvent enterprises.
