Michael Gregersen primarily advises on insolvency and finance law. He is part of the Finance & Leasing team and provides advice to Foreningen om Finansierings- og Leasingforhold (the association of finance and leasing). In addition, he conducts litigation and debt collection cases for a number of the association’s members who are among the largest financing and leasing companies in Denmark.
