Anders Valentin is Head of Horten's Life Science and Healthcare sector. He advises Danish and international enterprises within all areas of intellectual property law and Life Science & Healthcare focusing on law enforcement and agreements. Anders has specialist expertise in patent law and cases concerning product imitation, including injunction and preservation of evidence as well as coordination of international litigation.

Anders is a lecturer of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Copenhagen and co-founder and head of the Nordic intellectual property law moot trials as well as part-time lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - The School of Design in the subject Design Law. He has written several articles and provided input to international works of reference concerning IPR. Anders also contributes regularly for Denmark at the  Kluwer Patent Blog.
