Aarhus will have a new urban district with 70,000 m2 residences and business leases that meets the highest sustainability standard.
The approved local plan for the new urban district, Trælasten, has been developed by PensionDanmark, and the urban district has been pre-certified to receive DGNB platinum from Green Building Council Denmark. Horten is PensionDanmark’s legal advisor on the project.
