Horten has advised the owners on the sale of 100% of the shares in Simonsen & Weel A/S.
With effect from 1 January 2021, Simonsen & Weel A/S has been acquired by the English FTSE 250 listed company, Diploma PLC.
Simonsen & Weel A/S is a leading provider of equipment for the health sector and has proudly been supplying top tier products for more than 200 years. Simonsen & Weel A/S is in the top 1% of suppliers for the Danish public health sector.
Horten has advised the sellers on all legal aspects of the transaction. The Horten team was led by Lise Lotte Hjerrild, Partner, who was assisted by Marie Funch Lind, Attorney and Rune Koster, Assistant Attorney.
