Horten has advised B&C International B.V. on the acquisition of the total share capital of UNIGgardin A/S.
The Dutch company B&C International B.V., which was recently taken over by the US company Springs Window Fashions, acquired UNIGgardin A/S on 10 February 2021.
UNIGgardin A/S was established in 2006 and has for the last four years been owned by the textile group Kvadrat A/S. UNIGgardin A/S is mainly engaged within online selling of curtains, blinds, sunblinds and other decorative window products as well as instalment of curtains in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
In cooperation with Fieldfischer law firm in the Netherlands, Horten advised the buyer on all legal aspects of the acquisition of UNIGgardin A/S. The responsible partner of the team was Thomas Francis Beckett who was assisted by attorney Vibe Kongsager Klausen.
