Swire Energy Services has acquired ALL NRG’s wind and solar division. Horten has assisted Swire Energy Services will all legal aspects of the transaction.
ALL NRG is one of Denmark’s leading suppliers of manpower services and project solutions to the onshore and offshore energy sector. The company provides installation, operation and maintenance of wind projects across Europe and Asia.
Swire Energy Services is based in Aberdeen but has a global presence within services and logistics to the onshore and offshore energy sector.
Together with the law firm Selmer AS, Horten has advised Swire Energy Services on all legal aspects of the transaction.
