Horten has in collaboration with Austin Moore & Partners LLP advised GEV Holdings Limited regarding the purchase of the total share capital in Wind Power LAB ApS.
Wind Power LAB was founded in Denmark in 2016 and mainly deals with providing technology-based solutions to wind turbine owners, including identification of blade damages and data-driven blade repair recommendations.
The sellers, consisting of active partners and investors, will continue as owners in the GEV structure, where they, together with GEV, will carry on the development of Wind Power LAB ApS.
Horten has advised the buyer on all legal aspects of the acquisition of Wind Power LAB ApS. The responsible partner of the team was Thomas Francis Beckett, who was assisted by attorney Vibe Kongsager Klausen.
