Horten has assisted Capidea with the acquisition of the majority of the shares in the digital agency Obsidian Group.
Obsidian Group is a digital agency involved in digital marketing, including SEO, AdWords and advertisements on digital media such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
Capidea is a Danish capital fund making long-term investments in competitive small and medium-sized enterprises. Capidea primarily makes investments in industry, distribution, software and services with focus on growth, strength and optimisation of the enterprise in a partnership with the management.
Horten has assisted Capidea with all legal aspects of the transaction.
