Horten has provided legal advice to the owners of the design and manufacturing company Dan-Form A/S in connection with the sale of 70% of the shares to the Swedish investment firm Röko AB.
Dan-Form A/S was established in 1992 and designs and produces a wide range of high-quality furniture, including dining & meeting chairs, bar stools, armchairs, office chairs, lounge chairs and tables.
Röko AB has €270 million in committed capital with local presence in Sweden, Norway and Germany and has more than 80 years of combined experience from working with founder- and entrepreneurial led companies across a broad range of industries.
Upon the transaction, the seller and founder of Dan-Form A/S retains 10% of the company, and the CEO continues owning 20% of Dan-Form A/S.
Horten has advised on all legal aspects of the process. The team was led by Thomas Francis Beckett and assisted by Cecilie Frost Adamsen.
