E.ON has entered into a purchase agreement with EQT to buy 100 % of the shares in Coromatic Holding AB.

Coromatic is the Nordic market leader within critical infrastructure solutions (e.g. power supply and data communication) to customers in critical sectors such as health, transport, telecommunications and public authorities. Coromatic’s solutions ensure that the customers can operate with uninterrupted power supply.

The acquisition is in line with E.ON’s strategy to become the leading player within energy solutions.

The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities in Sweden and Denmark.

Horten has advised E.ON on the transaction together with Mannheimer Swartling.
