Horten Academy provides the framework for competence development and training at Horten, and all staff groups are offered a variety of courses adapted to the individual position. The aim is to establish, maintain and develop high professional standards among our employees.

The Academy courses range from short seminars focusing on knowledge sharing to courses lasting several days where you go deeper into the material and include practical examples, cases and exercises.
