Horten's insolvency team has wide experience within restructuring, administration of bankruptcy estates, compulsory dissolution of companies and creditor representation as well as optimization of the lender's position. 

We have a strong international network and detailed knowledge of the numerous differences between Danish and foreign insolvency systems, and we provide all relevant advice in connection with foreign creditors' claims against bankruptcy estates. 

Our insolvency team includes partners and senior attorneys with many years' experience as liquidators, restructuring administrators and trustees

The team also includes specialised paralegals with broad experience within insolvency. We are therefore able to provide strong specialised competencies and efficient case administration.
