Mads Nygaard Madsen is specialised in IT law and is one of the leading lawyers in Denmark within this area. He covers all areas of IT law, including outsourcing, software licences and issues relating to E-trade as well as personal data law. He advises a wide range of Danish and international clients – both providers of IT products and services and customers demanding such services.
