Louise Hilton Saggau advises on EU law, procurement law and state aid. Louise Hilton Saggau is specialised within procurement law advising regions, municipalities and municipal supply utilities on all aspects of procurement law from the preparation of tender and contract documents to the carrying out of tender procedures and the handling of complaints and arbitration proceedings. Louise also often advises on PPI (public private innovation partnerships) and similar co-operation.
Louise is a certified PRINCE2 project manager, and she acts as project manager in often complex procedures with many players and in connection with major tender procedures on behalf of municipalities. Louise has in-depth knowledge of the organisation of municipalities and local policy-making processes from her part-time secondment with the Municipality of Albertslund.
In addition, Louise has wide experience as a lecturer, among others at the University of Copenhagen (Institutional Constitutional Law and EU Constitutional Law) as well as a lecturer in Horten's own course "Udbudsrettens A-Z". Louise is also attached to the University as a part-time lecturer and tutor.
