Kristine Friis Nolsø advises Danish and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements. Kristine is specialised in agreements concerning the employee's employment conditions, including contracts of employment and severance agreements, and dispute resolution. Kristine also advises on employment issues in connection with discrimination and equal treatment, incentive schemes and company acquisitions. Kristine also advises on insolvency and restructuring and conducts litigation concerning avoidance in bankruptcy proceedings and managerial liability.

Further, Kristine advises small and medium-sized enterprises on immigration law and relocation of employees, including applications for residence and work permits and general commercial issues, e.g. in connection contract drafting and dispute resolution.

Kristine also advises on insolvency and restructuring and conducts litigation concerning avoidance in bankruptcy proceedings and managerial liability.

Kristine is a lecturer at the University of Copenhagen on the law of obligations.
