Diana Sofia Manrique de Lara is part of Horten's IP and technology team and advises on problems relating to personal data law, including compliance in relation to the implementation of the EU regulation on data protection. She also advises companies and public authorities on the enforcement of trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, copyrights and marketing law.
Diana deals especially with litigation within intellectual property law. Diana has international experience from her employment in New York in which connection she assisted with litigation and advised on enforcement and registration of intellectual property rights in the USA.
