Christina Bach-Kristensen conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings for both Danish and foreign clients. She is specialised in tort and insurance law and advises on cases concerning e.g. commercial liability and product liability, contractual liability, professional liability, directors' liability and liability within construction. Christina also advises on the drafting and interpretation of insurance terms. In addition, Christina advises on general commercial law, including the drafting of commercial contracts and risk management. Christina has previously been posted with AIG, and she lectures on selected topics of tort and insurance law in the insurance industry. In addition, Christina is a part-time lecturer in civil procedure at the University of Copenhagen.
