Charlotte Kunckel is specialised within personal data law, IT law,  contract and procurement lawEU law and state aid. She has comprehensive experience advising on personal data law, including compliance projects. In addition, she advises on procurement law, including organising and conducting tender procedures and cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement. Charlotte has wide experience advising on IT tender procedures and complex contracts and is a certified IT attorney.

In addition, she has in-depth expertise in cases concerning public law, environmental and energy law and litigation. Charlotte advises public authorities and private companies within her areas of expertise.

Charlotte has extensive lecturing experience from the University of Aarhus and the University of Copenhagen in constitutional law, public international law and EU law, including as an external lecturer in EU law in the period 2007-2014. She has also held a large number of courses within tender procedures, the Personal Data Act and the Personal Data Regulation.
