Anders Valentin advises Danish and international enterprises within all areas of intellectual property law in both litigious and non-litigious matters. Anders is one of the most experienced IP lawyers in Denmark and has headed litigation teams at all Danish court levels, including the Supreme Court as well as coordinating international litigation complexes for both Danish and international clients. In addition, he handles mandates in all other aspects of intellectual property law as well as cases pertaining to fair marketing practices and passing-off.

During the last 15 years, Anders has been working intensively on all aspects of Life Science & Healthcare for both Danish and international clients.

Anders is a lecturer of intellectual property law at the University of Copenhagen and co-founder and head of the Nordic intellectual property law moot trials as well as former lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - The School of Design in the subject Design Law. He has authored several articles and contributed to international works of reference concerning IPR. Anders Valentin is the Danish rapporteur for the Kluwer Patent Blog.

Further, Anders has extensive experience as defence counsel, preferably in cases on alleged economic crime.
