On 19 September 2014, Horten Advokatpartnerselskab admitted three prominent partners from Delacour. The admission of the new partners supports Horten's growth strategy.

The new partners are Asger Heine Jensen, specialised in intellectual property rights within Media & Entertainment, Frans Rossen, specialised in M&A and German legal affairs and Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, specialised in M&A. The three partners are joined by four employees from Delacour: two attorneys and two secretaries.

The new partners are to support the revenue growth experienced by Horten in recent years despite a weak market within the legal profession. The admission of Frans Rossen will further make Horten one of the leading law firms in Denmark in relation to the German market.

"The admission is first of all a further strengthening of Horten's expertise within advice to the business community and the sectors strategically aimed at. Also, both personally and in the way they practise law, the new partners match perfectly with our culture", says partner and chairman of the board, Klavs V. Gravesen.

Horten is aiming strategically at providing advice to sectors which are subject to intense regulation or rapid technological development: the public sector, energy and supply, technology and the media industry and Life Science & Healthcare. Knowledge of these sectors is exactly what has contributed to Horten's recent growth, and the admission of the new partners will continue to contribute to our growth. At the same time, Horten is increasing its focus on the German market.
