The Energy Board of Appeal has decided on a dispute between DONG Naturgas A/S and Maersk Energy Marketing A/S concerning the price for the use of DONG's upstream gas pipeline Tyra-Nybro.

Recently, the Energy Board of Appeal decided on a dispute between DONG Naturgas A/S and Maersk Energy Marketing A/S concerning the price for transportation of natural gas from the North Sea to Nybro on the Danish west coast. The Board decided that DONG must reduce the price from DKK 0.10 per m3 to DKK 0.05 - 0.07 per m3. The specific price is to be fixed by the Energy Regulatory Authority.
